Personal information
The Ministry of Education requires your legal information, such as complete legal name, address, emergency contact information, etc
Official Photo Identification
We need to know that you are who you say you are, and we do that by checking the information on an official id with a photo. This can be your passport, driver's license, or any other government issued identification.
1. Career Assessment
Prospective students will answer questions regarding their interest in pursuing careers in the Digital Entertainment Industries. Particularly, the reasons they choose to work in Animation, Visual Effects, VR, and Video Game design.
2. Basic Computer Skills Assessment
Prospective students must have a fundamental knowledge of how to operate a computer.
3. Basic Internet Skills Assessment
VANAS is a cloud school, meaning we rely heavily on the internet to deliver our programs. Prospective students need to know how to connect to the internet and perform basic tasks to be successful in our programs.
4. Expectations Questionnaire
Prospective students are asked to reflect on their expectations from VANAS, the industry, and, most importantly, themselves. This way, we ensure we are a good fit for them and vice versa.
1. The application fee is non-refundable
Non-refundable Application fee Payment.
Credit card processors take an additional 1% if the payment is international.
2. Late application fee
If applying after the application deadline, a late application non-refundable fee will be charged on top of the regular application fee. This fee covers the rushed processing for the student to start on time.
3. Convenience fee
When paying with Paypal or a Credit Card, a non-refundable convenience fee of 3% of the total amount will apply. If the payment is international, credit card processors take an additional 1% since it's considered cross-border. Convenience fees can escalate to 5.9
4. Avoid Convenience fees
Students can avoid the credit card processor fees by paying via direct deposit or wire transfer to the VANAS institutional bank account, or by using a flat fee service such as World Remit.
